Output Forms: A completed output form must be submitted with the job or there will be a delay in processing it. Call ColorOne Systems if you need output forms. Or click here to get a PDF formatted version of one.

Proof Copy: Please provide laser proofs when submitting a job. Laser proofs allow us to verify the job prior to processing. Please provide separated lasers proofs if the job is to be color separated. If you e-mail, please fax us an output form and the laser proofs of the job.

PostScript Files: Please specify if you are sending a Postscript file only. We cannot modify a Postscript files in any way.
